How much assistance can I receive?
Utility relief awards are up to $200 per household. If your balance exceeds that, the remainder is still your responsibility and service may be subject to disconnection.
I'm enrolled in PIPP. Can I apply?
Not for the current relief cycles. PIPP enrollees are excluded so assistance reaches households without access to ongoing support programs.
When do applications open?
On designated dates only. We announce each window on Instagram and Facebook, so follow us so you don't miss it.
Who qualifies for Fuel the Community?
Residents of the 804 service area who are employed or actively seeking employment, where transportation to work is a financial hardship. One award per household per year.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Bright Focus Initiative 804 is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and you'll receive a receipt for your records.
