Utility eligibility update
For any relief cycle, applicants currently enrolled in PIPP (Percentage of Income Payment Plan) are not eligible. This helps ensure assistance reaches households without access to ongoing support programs.
Awards are up to $200. If your total balance exceeds that amount, your service may still be subject to disconnection if the remainder is unpaid.
